The Hour Before
The hour before a worship celebration can be either the most stressful time or the most surprisingly relaxing time for us. Our worship venue is one of three campuses of Newark Church of the Nazarene. There are two times when I feel like I get a glimpse of how God feels. 1. Being a father. 2. Hearing the voices of God’s people rise above the sound of my guitar in an act of worship. They are a beautiful choir that speaks of the goodness and truth of who God is.
